Grab Car Peer Application
I saw many forums and most of them were having a hard time makapag apply sa Grab. That's why i put up this blog.
To give my quick history, i registered as a peer sa Grab and it just took me 5 days before i attended their seminars. Too fast sabi ng iba. But for me sakto lang since i followed all of the requirements needed and some do's and dont's. By the way before i give my step by step application i'll give you first the idea of what Grab is all about.
Grab is Southeast Asia’s leading ride-hailing platform. They solve critical transportation challenges and make transport freedom a reality for 620 million people in Southeast Asia.
Grab encourages everyone to earn extra money by utilizing their cars. Some use it as well pang downpayment ng Car nila. I write this post as i am now officially a Grab Car Peer (operator in other word). I saw many posts na they said nahihirapan sila magApply in which it just took me a minute to finished.
Before you apply first you must have a car that has a year model of 2013 above.
Vans and Pick-ups are not accepted - Here are the accepted cars:

If one of the above mentioned model ay meron ka then you can now proceed to the application. No fees will be collected and it's hassle free. Everything is done online.
Here's How to become a Grab Partner:
First you need to secure these requirements (Yep You need this before mag attempt sa online since you will need to upload everything that will be stated here.)
For Application to be sent to GRAB as peer and Driver/s:
For Peer (Operator)
*Any Government ID
*Tin ID if wala 1902 form with verified (stamped) ng BIR will do.
*Sales Invoice/OR ng car
*Delivery Vehicle/CR ng car
*Comprehensive Insurance Policy of your Car
*Photos of your vehicle (front exterior, rear exterior, dashboard console, backseat)
For Driver/s:
*NBI Clearance
*Police Clearance
*Driver's License
*OR of their Driver's License
Tip:
All documents should be scanned copy or else there's a bigger possiblity na it will be declined. I have friends who applied months ago but until now wala pa ring approval from Grab and when we confirmed it's because of the picture she sent. Yep Picture lang ng documents and she failed to scanned it. For your eyes you think it's clear but for the Grab's conductor ng requirements they think you have falsified some documents because it's not that "crystal clear".
After you have completed these requirements you may now submit your online application HERE.
After completing your online application expect to received an email within 2-5 days. If it exceeds and still you haven't received any email then you may call their hotline at 883-7100.
Tip:
If you're using Gmail better to check your promotion box as sometimes mail coming from them ended there.
After you have received and email confirming of your application you're good to go and choose your schedule for Driver and Peer Seminar.
Tip:
Much better if your driver bring his own Phone. (Phone specs: Kit-Kat and andoid) because you will have a Free PHP2,000 Top up Credit. If you choose to get a phone thru them they will only give you PHP200.00 Top up credit.
